We do want to thank you particularly Michael, for your support during the period we inspected properties and finally settled on 2 Curlew Court. We are extremely pleased to be living here, and are giving the property some overdue love and attention.
Throughout this time, we were grateful for your professional attitude, your response to our requests and suggestion for solutions to the stumbling blocks we perceived. While at times we felt overwhelmed by the process, your continuing good humour, acknowledgment of our concerns, and patience were appreciated.
It was good to meet other team members on occasion, and we would particularly like to acknowledge Ellie Hood for the efficient, cheerful and professional way in which she handled all interactions with us.
