Competition Rules:
How to enter: Add your photo in the comments section of the competition post. Multiple entries of the same photo will be removed at the discretion of RE/MAX Hinterland.
Who can enter: The competition is open to all Australian residents, however the submitted photos must be of the local Sunshine Coast Hinterland area. Photos not conforming to this condition will be removed at the competition holder’s discretion.
Photo content: The following submissions are ineligible;
- Photos that violate or infringe upon another person’s rights, including but not limited to copyright and photographs of persons without the necessary consent required by law in your jurisdiction. RE/MAX Hinterland reserves the right to require entrants to submit evidence of the subject’s legal consent to be photographed for the submitted photograph, which may include a signed waiver from the subject. NOTE: Waiver requirements vary by jurisdiction, and the entrant is responsible for obtaining a legally enforceable waiver from any photographed subject.
- Photos that contain sexually explicit, nude, obscene, violent or other objectionable or inappropriate content.
- Images that involve the willful harassment of wildlife, or damage to the environment by the photographer.
- Images that involve putting any individual or animal in danger.
- RE/MAX Hinterland shall determine entry eligibility in its sole and absolute discretion.
Competition Period: The contest will be open to submissions until 11:59pm on the 28th February 2018.
Winner Selection: The photo with the most likes at the end of the competition period will be declared the winning entry. The winner will be notified by private message, with details on how to collect their prize. The winner may also be publicly announced on the RE/MAX Hinterland website (www.remaxhinterland.com.au)
The Prize: The prize will consist of an EFTPOS gift card to the value of $250, as well as a charitable donation of $250 from RE/MAX Hinterland to the prize winners choice of local Sunshine Coast Hinterland charity.

Copyright Information: Copyright holders retain copyright of their work. The winner agrees to grant RE/MAX Hinterland unlimited non-exclusive use of winning photo for social media, online and print, in relation to the contest without any remuneration being due.
